Please leave your ‘Special Instruction’ at check out point if you have any place where a courier company driver can leave your box safely in case of absence. In case of no answer at the door without special instruction, your goods will be returned to a depot and disposed there.

Delivery Info (UK Wide):

• Free delivery over £70 (Tue–Fri): Order by 12pm. Lead time: 2–5 business days.
• Over £150 (Sat) : Order by Thursday 2pm. (Choose "Sunday" option at payment for Sat delivery.)

Important:

• Leave special delivery instructions at checkout if you're away. Otherwise, undelivered parcels may be returned and disposed of.
• Products are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs. They may partially defrost but stay under 4°C for 48 hours.
• Age verification required at checkout for items like alcohol and knives.
•  Saturday delivery cut-off time is Thursday 12pm for Saturday of the week.
• Packed with plenty of ice gel or dry ice in a thermal bag, then sealed in a polystyrene and cardboard box to keep everything cold
• An email will be sent informing you the date of delivery after the booking with the courier company is complete. It is important to check the tracking path.
