🍽️ Ingredients (3-4 pcs):

  • 1 cup Snow Crab Meat

  • 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup Japanese mayo (like Kewpie!)

  • 1/8 cup chopped spring onion

  • 1/8 cup fresh dill

  • 1 tsp paprika or cajun

  • Salt & pepper (season to taste)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Shape into small patties (don’t press too hard – keep it light and fluffy).
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil and cook each side for 2–3 mins until golden.
  4. Pro tip: When you flip to the second side, drop in a small knob of butter – it helps the crust turn extra golden and adds a buttery aroma 😍
  5. Serve with lemon wedges or your favourite dipping sauce! (For me always Kewpie!)
