Step1: Placing Order
ADD YOUR CHOICE OF PRODUCTS INTO SHOPPING CART
- Add your choice of products in shopping cart and move to 'continue to checkout'
- Check the promotion page before you go, you might find something valued and interesting!
- Use search function if you cannot find products
CHECK OUT
- Choose the delivery date, we will arrange your parcel delivered on the date you request. We will contact you if there are any issues.
- Delivery days from Tuesdays to Fridays, Free delivery when you spend over £70.
- Saturday delivery with additional fee of £8.99 available, please make sure to choose Saturday premium delivery and add the fee on your final payment. If we don't receive this additional fee on your order, we will arrange the earliest weekday delivery.
- Please leave a comment if you have any message to a delivery driver. This note will be appeared on delivery label.
- We don't offer a choice of delivery time and delivery time is between 7am and 8pm of the day depending on delivery route. (More details about delivery time, see Step 3 and 4.)
Step2: Check confirmation email
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
- Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order goes through. Please check the your order and the shipping address is right.
- Please do not use one-off or temporary email to place order as you may miss out important shipping and tracing information.
Step3: DPD email confirmation day before delivery
preparing your order
- We now use environmental friendly packaging materials to send your order. Wool pouches are made with 100% compostable wool, they even release valuable nitrates back into the soil. This amazing wool pouches can maintain low temperature environment inside the box for 48hours which protect our products within safe temperature range.
- Frozen products might be arrived in slightly defrosted status, but absolutely saf please put into the freezer straight away if you don't consume within 1-2days or keep in the fridge to defrost and consume on the day or two.
Handing over to logistics
- We start processing your order 2days before of delivery date and book your delivery through DPD. Then dispatch your parcel a day before of delivery date.
- Once DPD collects your parcel and starts processing your delivery, you will receive a confirmation email from DPD.
- You can track your parcel, leave a special instruction to driver, contact to DPD with your tracking number. Please visit their website to track your parcel.

Step4: DPD email with tracking info and time slot on the day of delivery
Expect your Delivery on the day
- DPD will allocate time slot and send you the 1 hour delivery window on the delivery day.
- If you have register UK mobile number, you may receive a text message about the tracking info however, we witnessed some case it was not properly sent, so it's important to keep your email up!

Please leave your ‘Special Instruction’ at check out point if you have any place where a courier company driver can leave your box safely in case of absence. In case of no answer at the door without special instruction, your goods will be returned to a depot and disposed there.

For National Overnight Delivery (by UK Courier company), the goods are packed with generous amount of Ice Gel/ Dry Ice packs in thermal bag before going into sealed polystyrene box with outer cardboard box to keep the products as low temperature as possible. The products will be defrosted to some degree but should remain under 4 Celsius degree (recommended chilled temperature) for up to 48hours. An email will be sent informing you the date of delivery after the booking with the courier company is complete. It is important to check the tracking path.
We started Saturday delivery with surcharge of £8.99 and the cut-off time is Thursday 12pm for Saturday of the week.
