How To Build the Perfect Sashimi Bowl

1. Start with Rice

Warm sushi rice is your canvas. Slightly vinegared rice brings balance to the rich fish.

2. Layer the Sashimi

Place your sashimi slices like a fan , thick cuts of tuna , creamy salmon, briny scallop, basically anything you like!  Don’t forget texture contrast : squid and tamago give your bowl variety!

3. Garnish Like a Pro

Add shiso leaves, cucumber slices, and a side of soy sauce + wasabi. 

Beautiful and fragrant.

4. Cutting Tips (Optional but Fun!)
