Method :
- 1.No need to thaw cook straight from frozen.
- 2.Place tempura prawns in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 200°C (390°F) for 4-5 minutes.
✅ Optional: Lightly spray with oil before cooking for extra crisp.
How to Use Otafuku Tempura Sauce:
Option 1: Warm Dip
- Pour the sauce into a small bowl.
- Slightly warm it up (microwave 15–20 sec or gently heat on the stovetop).
- Serve as a dipping sauce , it's ready to go, no need to dilute!
Option 2: Donburi / Udon style (Tempura Don)
- Air fry the prawns.
- Serve them on top of hot rice with a soft boiled egg, some blanched spinach or edamame.
